Welcome to 4-Year Old Kindergarten

The P4J program provides all children with a high-quality, early learning experience at no cost to families. Studies show children who participate in 4K programs build early reading and thinking skills, which are linked to better grades in the future and higher high school graduation rates.

Every P4J classroom is led by a highly qualified Department of Public Instruction (DPI)- licensed teacher, ensuring high professional standards and a strong background in early childhood development.

CLASS SIZE

P4J classrooms typically have 16-20 children with two adults

P4J classrooms typically have 16-20 children with two adults. Some classrooms may operate with 10 or fewer students.

FREE

Students attend 5 days a week for 3 hours in either the am or pm

Students in P4J attend for five days a week for approximately 3 hours in either the am or pm. Individual location class times vary. There is no cost to attend.
